Jon Westrom
Owner of Westrom Group
I’m Jon Westrom, owner of Westrom Group and a Fort Worth native. I’ve spent my career serving property owners, protecting their investments, and managing homes with the kind of care and urgency I would want for my own.
I’ll be honest, I sometimes joke that I wish God had given me a different calling. But He gave me property management, and somewhere along the way, I became deeply passionate about it. Real estate, property management, investing, owner partnerships, protecting assets, and building long-term relationships are not just what I do. They are what I was built for.
Outside of the business, I’m a husband to my wife, Tracy, and we’ve been married for 26 years. She is the real MVP and the reason our family works as well as it does. Together, we’ve been blessed with a house full of kids and now grandkids, who remind me every day why legacy matters.
My faith is a big part of who I am and how I lead. I believe in operating with integrity, honesty, and accountability. When I get it wrong, and I do, I own it, learn from it, and work to serve people better.
At Westrom Group, I believe in collaboration, transparency, and best practices. Not because they sound good on a website, but because that is how trust is built and how great property management should be done.

Tracy Westrom
Co-owner of Westrom Group
As a co-owner of Westrom Group alongside my husband, I help guide the company’s long-term vision and continued growth. While I am not involved in the day-to-day operations, I remain actively engaged in HR administration, strategic planning, and high-level business decisions.
I love all things real estate. Jon and I have been investing in real estate for more than 30 years, so we understand how important it is to have someone you trust managing your property. We are passionate about helping others buy, sell, invest, and manage their properties.
I am also a Mortgage Loan Officer and have been in the mortgage industry for 33 years. Helping people achieve their homeownership goals is something I truly enjoy.
Jon and I have been married for 26 years, raised 8 kids together, and now have 12 grandkids. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, watching sports, gardening, baking, making sourdough, helping others, and spending time outdoors.
TINA HAISLET
Vice President of Operations
I bring over 30 years of deep dedication to the real estate industry. As Vice President of Operations and Realtor for Westrom Group, I not only manage day-to-day operations but am also continually driven to elevate our Outstanding services to new heights.
Although it might not resonate with everyone, my motivation lies in operational excellence—whether it’s creating, implementing, or executing strategies—so that Westrom Group consistently delivers dedicated service to our owners, residents, and team.
My passion is sharing my industry knowledge, whether through mentoring new agents, guiding team members, advising first-time investors, or assisting new renters. This commitment drives me in my role. I am also enthusiastic about leading a team and cultivating a company culture where teamwork truly flourishes. This is the essence of who we are at Westrom Group!
While I focus on dotting the ‘i’s and crossing the ‘t’s, my strength lies in doing so while cultivating long-term relationships with my staff, fellow agents, owners, residents, buyers, and sellers. I am honored by who we are at Westrom Group, and this pride is reflected in everything I do!
MACKENZIE WILSON
Property Manager
I’m Mackenzie, Property Manager with almost six years at Westrom Group Property Management. I oversee operational processes and day-to-day property management, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality. My detail-oriented approach helps ensure smooth operations for both property owners and residents.
RAEANN O’DONNEL
Account Manager
Hi, I’m Raeann O’Donnell. I’ve been with the Westrom Group for nearly eight years, starting my journey here as an intern. Over the years, I’ve worn just about every hat in the company, which has given me a deep, well-rounded understanding of how we operate.
Today, I handle “all things finance” for our team—including accounts receivable, payables, company expenses, and owner reports. In addition to managing the numbers, I’m the primary point of contact for daily tenant communication. I also personally oversee our entire tenant application process from start to finish. I take great pride in thoroughly vetting every applicant to ensure we are placing excellent tenants and protecting our owners’ investments.
When I’m not at the office, my world revolves around my family. I am married to my high school sweetheart, and we have two beautiful children. Whenever I have free time, you can find me making memories and spending quality time with my amazing family.
TERRI CANIFORD
Customer Service Administrator.
What I do: Customer Service Administrator. I work with accounting on utility accounts payable, administer utility accounts, coordinate city inspections and registrations, and handle general office duties.
How long: I will have been with Westrom Group for eight years as of June 2026. (I am now in a part time role which allows me to work on my “Life Bucket List!”)
Personal bit: I enjoy spending time with my family, which includes my son and daughter-in-law and daughter and son-in-law, eight grandkids (three with spouses and one engaged) and four great-grandkids. I love going to my grandkids’ and nieces’ and nephews’ sporting events, traveling (especially to Hawaii), watching Hallmark movies, spending time at the lake or a beach, and overall making the most of each wonderful day!
ALINA GLORIA
Administrative Assistant
My name is Alina Gloria, I’ve been part of the WGC team for 4 years. I take care of the onboarding of new properties and owners, I assist accounting with invoices and rent collection and I have been working on building and improving our internal processes. I enjoy being part of a team that keeps things organized and running smoothly. When I’m not working, you can usually find me doing yoga, at the gym, or enjoying time at the beach.
HEATHER CANIFORD
Assistant Property Manager
Heather Caniford serves as the Assistant Property Manager at Westrom Group, where she plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. Her day-to-day responsibilities include processing move-out notices, conducting walkthroughs, compiling make-ready lists, and assisting property managers with essential documentation. In her two years with the company, Heather has become a reliable and detail-oriented member of the team.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys a full and happy home life. She has been married for 30 years and is the proud mother of four grown children—two sons and twin daughters. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her cheering on her favorite sports teams or soaking up everything that life has to offer.
ASHLEY HALE
Executive Assistant
I’m Ashley Hale, and I work as Jon Westrom’s Executive Assistant at Westrom Group. I’ve been working with Westrom Group since August 2025, helping with day-to-day operations, communication, scheduling, social media, newsletters, and keeping important details organized behind the scenes.
I really enjoy being part of a team that is hands-on, hardworking, and focused on taking great care of our property owners, residents, and community.
Outside of work, I love thrifting for antiques and unique home decor, spending time with my two dogs, and finding new food spots with my fiancé, Drew. We are also spending a lot of our free time wedding planning, which has been such an exciting season of life.
NATHAN MAYORGA
Maintenance Coordinator
Hi, I’m Nathan! I joined the Westrom Group team in January. Having worked with a couple of different companies within this industry throughout my career, I can confidently say that Westrom truly stands out as one of the best when it comes to both customer and owner satisfaction. Being part of a team with such a high standard drives me to work even harder to meet company expectations, maintain our excellent ratings, and keep our operations highly organized.
My daily focus is keeping my follow-up game on point. I bring strong interpersonal and communication skills to the table, which come from a heavy sales background where I spent years navigating business-to-business (B2B) sales, business-to-consumer (B2C) sales, and working as a closer.
Outside of work, I am a dedicated family guy. I have a son who is absolute sunshine in my life. On the side, I also breed American Bullies, so you can pretty much always count on there being puppies running around my house!
JOHN TAYLOR
Field Coordinator
John Taylor is a Field Coordinator at Westrom Group Property Management, where he manages vacancy inspections, lease renewals, and property walks across the DFW metroplex. He’s been with the company for about a month and brings a detail-oriented, boots-on-the-ground approach to keeping the portfolio running smoothly.
Outside of work, John is based in Fort Worth, is getting married this August, and is actively involved with Beautiful Feet Ministries — an urban youth program serving at-risk kids in the city. He’s passionate about real estate, community, and investing in the next generation.

Maintenance Manager
Handle the maintenance requests submitted by the tenants and owners by coordinating/assignng the repairs made by the vendors.Perform vendor analysis.

MARIFER GARCIA
Marketing & Operations Support – AKA administrative assistant
I’ve been with Westrom Group for a little over three years and no two days look the same. I work across marketing and leasing operations, researching and crafting everything that goes into bringing a property to market, and trying to make the leasing experience feel more personal and welcoming. From there I stay with it, keeping listings accurate, engaging with prospects, answering questions, and helping move applications forward.
Behind the scenes I work across systems and teams, keeping our marketing current and supporting the leasing pipeline.
Architecture is where I started, which probably explains why I care about how things are put together. Outside of work you’ll find me on a tennis court, out on a trail, or anywhere with a good mountain view.
ANDREA CHAVEZ
Receptionist/Admin Assistant
My name is Andrea, I’m 25 years old and I work as a Receptionist/Admin Assistant at Westrom Group. I’ve been with the company since April of last year, and I really enjoy supporting the team and assisting residents and owners throughout the day. My role mainly focuses on customer service and tenant relations. A little bit about myself, a dog mom of 3, I enjoy dancing salsa and going to the gym, spending time with my mom and friends.
